Orders may be canceled or modified only if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your shipping or email address needs to be corrected, please contact us immediately at swabu.llc@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the information if the order has not yet shipped.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered. We ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds on orders once they have been placed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our cosmetic products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at swabu.llc@gmail.com.
Be sure to include:
- A photo of the shipping box and damaged or defective items
- A clear photo of the packing slip or order summary
- A photo of the items you did receive (if something is missing)
We will promptly review your case and work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
